Warranty Information

We offer a 12 month warranty on PHIX rechargeable devices and 6 month replacement warranty on all other rechargeable devices with proof of purchase.

We do not offer warranties or exchanges on opened bottles of e-liquid, e-liquid pre-filled pods and vape accessories.

Faulty devices may need to be sent back to Vape Merchant for further discretionary testing before a replacement device can be issued. Please contact customerservice@vapemerchant.nz with any queries or visit a Vape Merchant store near you.

Faulty return shipping is not covered by Vape Merchant.

Warranty does not cover:

Water/steam/ perspiration damage (e-liquid does not cause rust), intentional damage (bite marks), wear & tear (chipping from dropping the device), bent/damaged charging ports (use a torch to look down into the charging port).

Warranty does not cover incorrect use of your vape device (using incompatible e-liquid) or using anything other than an NZAS safety approved 1 amp wall charger to charge your vape device.

 

Australian Prescriptions

From 1st October all Australian customers must provide us with a prescription to import nicotine products.

If you don’t have a prescription, you can obtain one from https://www.quitclinics.com and send it to us at myscript@vapemerchant.co.nz.
