All customers will need to show Govt issued identification to the delivery driver verifying that you are 18 years or older.

NZ Express Shipping - orders under $30 / 2-4 working days / $5

Free Express Shipping - orders over $30 / 2-4 working days / Free

PHIX 2-Hour Express Delivery (Auckland urban areas, Nelson, Palmerston North & Linwood & weekdays only, order between 9am - 4pm *see here for more info) / 2 Hours / $15

Free PHIX 2-Hour Express Delivery (Auckland urban areas, Nelson, Palmerston North & Linwood & weekdays only, order by 3:30pm) - orders over $100 / 2 Hours / Free

**You must be present to receive your parcel on the 2-hour express service. The courier cannot leave or re-deliver your order which may delay delivery by 1-2 days**

All parcels are sent with a signature required. 
Vape Merchant will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages for any non-signature orders that have been requested by customer directly with the couriers.

Australia Shipping

DHL Express Shipping - orders under $50 / Estimated 3-4 working days / $25

DHL Express Shipping  - orders $50 - $139.99 / 3-4 working days /  $12.50


Free DHL Express Shipping- orders over $140 / 3-4 working days /  Free

Due to courier service delays we've partnered with DHL for express delivery of all Australian orders. Orders valued
 above AUD $1,000 may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival into Australia. These additional duties are the importers responsibility.

*Order must be placed before 2pm. Excludes rural delivery that may take 5 working days.

Changing Delivery Address

If you’d like to change your delivery address, please contact customerservice@vapemerchant.nz. If your order has already been dispatched, it will arrive at the location provided during payment. 

 

Delayed Shipping

We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however, if your shipment has not arrived 3 working days after the estimated time of arrival, please contact us at customerservice@vapemerchant.nz, quoting your order number.

Please note delivery of goods once dispatched from our warehouse is out of our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery.
