What is an Auto-Ship program?
An Auto-Ship program is also known as recurring delivery. When you place an order under Auto-Ship, you’ll automatically receive the PHIX pods and quantity of your choosing at the frequency you select (e.g every 2 weeks). These recurring deliveries make receiving your products super easy and convenient, and will be automatically billed to your credit card. Never run out of your PHIX Pods again.


Is there an annual fee?
No, there is no annual fee.

Shipping Information

How can I receive free shipping?
You can receive free shipping on all orders NZ-wide. If you live outside of NZ then standard shipping charges may apply.



Will I receive emails notifying me of an upcoming subscription shipment?
Yes, 3 days prior to your scheduled ship date you will receive an email. It will serve as a reminder in case you need to go into your account and make any changes to your upcoming subscription.



Can I be a member of this program if I live internationally? Yes, you can! But free shipping will not be an option since this only covers NZ shipping. The 10% discount and auto-ship delivery plan would be available to you.

Managing your Subscription

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime (and re-subscribe at any time!). No strings attached.


How do I cancel a subscription?
It’s no problem to cancel a product subscription anytime up until 24 hours before your next shipment is scheduled to go out. Please note: if you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of your next shipment that is scheduled to go out there will be a $5 administration charge.

3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”.
4. Select “Manage” and choose “Cancel Order” in drop-down.


Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes!


1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
4. Select “Manage” and choose “Swap Product” in drop-down and choose the product you’d like instead. Click “Update” to confirm change.


How do I change the frequency of a subscription?


1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
4. Click the underlined frequency you currently have set e.g “Every 2 Weeks” and select new frequency. Click “Update” to confirm change.


Can I skip a shipment in my subscription?
Yes!


1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
4. Select “Manage” and choose “Upcoming Orders” in drop-down and select “Skip Order” for any shipments you DO NOT want to receive.


Can I change the quantity of a subscription item?
Yes!


1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
4. Select “Manage” and choose “Product (Qty)” in drop-down and change to amount of pod packs (4 pods in a pack) you would like. Click “Update” to confirm change.


How do I update my shipping address?

2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
4. Select “Manage” and choose “Update Address” in drop-down and change accordingly. Click “Update” to confirm change.


How do I change my credit card details?
