What is an Auto-Ship program?
An Auto-Ship program is also known as recurring delivery. When you place an order under Auto-Ship, youâll automatically receive the PHIX pods and quantity of your choosing at the frequency you select (e.g every 2 weeks). These recurring deliveries make receiving your products super easy and convenient, and will be automatically billed to your credit card. Never run out of your PHIX Pods again.
Is there an annual fee?
No, there is no annual fee.
How can I receive free shipping?
You can receive free shipping on all orders NZ-wide. If you live outside of NZ then standard shipping charges may apply.
Will I receive emails notifying me of an upcoming subscription shipment?
Yes, 3 days prior to your scheduled ship date you will receive an email. It will serve as a reminder in case you need to go into your account and make any changes to your upcoming subscription.
Can I be a member of this program if I live internationally? Yes, you can! But free shipping will not be an option since this only covers NZ shipping. The 10% discount and auto-ship delivery plan would be available to you.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime (and re-subscribe at any time!). No strings attached.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Itâs no problem to cancel a product subscription anytime up until 24 hours before your next shipment is scheduled to go out. Please note: if you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of your next shipment that is scheduled to go out there will be a $5 administration charge.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

4. Select âManageâ and choose âSwap Productâ in drop-down and choose the product youâd like instead. Click âUpdateâ to confirm change.
How do I change the frequency of a subscription?
1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click âManage Subscriptionsâ
4. Click the underlined frequency you currently have set e.g âEvery 2 Weeksâ and select new frequency. Click âUpdateâ to confirm change.
Can I skip a shipment in my subscription?
Yes!
1. Log into your account at vapemerchant.nz.
2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click âManage Subscriptionsâ
4. Select âManageâ and choose âUpcoming Ordersâ in drop-down and select âSkip Orderâ for any shipments you DO NOT want to receive.
Can I change the quantity of a subscription item?
Yes!

2. Scroll to bottom of page.
3. Click âManage Subscriptionsâ
4. Select âManageâ and choose âProduct (Qty)â in drop-down and change to amount of pod packs (4 pods in a pack) you would like. Click âUpdateâ to confirm change.
