PHIX pods are available in nicotine strengths of 18mg/mL and 28.5mg/mL.

Can I refill PHIX pods?
No, PHIX pods are designed for single use and cannot be refilled. Once a pod is empty or the flavour diminishes, it should be replaced with a new one.

How do I charge the PHIX device?
Use the PHIX USB charger that comes with your device kit. When charging your device, remove the pod. If using a wall plug to charge the device, please ensure it is an NZAS safety-approved 1amp or below wall plug. For example, laptop ports or car charging ports are 1amp or below.

How do I know when to replace a PHIX pod?
Replace your PHIX pod when you notice a decrease in flavour quality or vapour production. These signs indicate that the pod is nearing the end of its lifespan
If you are using the PHIX 3000, you can visually monitor your eLiquid levels by looking at the clear pod. -
How should I store my PHIX device and pods?
Store your PHIX device and pods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid exposing them to moisture or leaving them in environments with rapid temperature changes, such as moving from air-conditioned spaces to hot outdoor areas.

Can I take my PHIX on a plane?
It's not recommended to take your PHIX device and pods on a plane. Sudden changes in air pressure and temperature can cause the pods to leak. If you must travel with them, ensure the pods are unused and stored securely.

What is the warranty on PHIX devices?
PHIX devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Keep your proof of purchase, as it's required for warranty claims.

Are PHIX pods compatible with other vape devices?
No, PHIX pods are specifically designed to work with PHIX devices and are not compatible with other vaping systems.

What’s the difference between PHIX 6000 and PHIX 3000?
PHIX 6000 is a larger capacity (6mL prefilled eLiquid pod) that works exclusively with the PHIX 6000 device. PHIX 3000 pods contain 3mLs of eLiquid and works with the PHIX 3000 device.
Both use closed, prefilled nicotine salt pods and are popular for their ease of use and consistent quality. -
What charger do the PHIX devices use?
PHIX 6000 and PHIX 3000 devices both use a USB-C charger.
