Yes, however you can only legally purchase nicotine-free vape e-liquid within Australia. There are also some restrictions in certain States such as Western Australia where the sale of vaping devices is illegal.

Can I bring nicotine vape e-liquid into Australia?
You can import up to three-month supply of nicotine e-liquid under the TGA’s Personal Importation Scheme if: (a) a registered Australian doctor has prescribed it for you (i.e., you have a valid prescription), (b) if you are using it to quit smoking, (c) it is legal in your state or territory and (d) there is no other TGA-approved product that can help you.
